This automation project involved complete system integration using PLC programming to control pumps, valves, and implement PID pressure regulation. We developed a custom HMI interface for real-time monitoring and control, ensuring intuitive operation for end users. The system was thoroughly validated to meet performance and reliability requirements in a process-critical environment.
