Laser detector prototype
Prototyping.
Prototype developed for the client to validate concept of a photo detector for a testing apparatus in medical industry.
We developed a prototype laser-based particle detector for counting airborne particles, handling the entire process from concept to testing. The project included custom design, 3D printing of enclosures, mechanical and optical assembly, and functional testing of the detection system. This rapid development cycle enabled quick validation of the concept and refinement of the sensing performance.
